How do I Join?
STEP 1: GET ON THE WAITLIST / BOOK A TOUR

Welcome to the first step! Please fill out our online inquiry form via the link below. Sharing your information helps us understand your family's needs.

Our Director will contact you within 24-48 business hours to either schedule a personal tour or confirm your placement on our waitlist. There is no cost to join the waitlist.
STEP 2: The Personal Tour (When Available)

Once a tour is scheduled, we strongly encourage you to bring your child along. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to see our environment in action and for us to meet your little one.

During the visit, you will receive a comprehensive program overview and information package. This is also the perfect time to ask any questions you may have. We will review the complete registration process with you in detail.
STEP 3: Completing Registration

To secure your child's spot, you will need to:

Carefully read our Parent Agreement & Policy document.

Complete and submit the Registration Form.

Provide payment for the registration fee and security deposit via cash, cheque, or e-transfer.

Please note that spots are limited and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of all completed registration materials and payments.
STEP 4: After You Register

Approximately one month before your child's start date, you will receive a comprehensive welcome email with all necessary forms and a checklist for your child's first day.

We will also work with you to create a gradual entry plan, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for your child into our program.

Upon request, we will provide the paperwork needed to apply for the Affordable Childcare Benefit.
